BREATHE AUT-TOUR Second Stop: young Austrian music meets with the best of Austria’s new culinary art amidst the most breathtaking places across the country

Amazing archaic cuisine, Indierock and incredible nature are the superb ingredients which made the second BREATHE AUT-TOUR Stop at the Schönebach Alp in Western Austria an amazing afternoon out in the wild with friends.
Thorsten Probost, the progressive chef of Hotel Burg Vital in Oberlech prepared a delectable goat ragout with freshly picked herbs from the alpine meadows over an open fire. Set up in an old barn, Steaming Satellites, a Salzburg based band, provided the perfect acoustic mood in an old barn playing melodic Indierock.
It was just the most perfect day to take a deep breath and release from the stresses of the world, which culminated in the most magnificent sunset.
